How to take back your power is to ask yourself “How am I responsible for this?” If your answer is “ …but I am NOT.” Well honey it is happening and on some level you are responsible and it is at that level you can make changes.
There are two sides to this equation the cause and the effect.
The cause side is the victim where you are laying blame, finding excuses, justifying, or being in denial - this is where you are Powerless. The effect side is where you take responsibility for yourself and your actions. When you take responsibility then you can make changes no matter what the situation is.
