The One Big Secret to Time Management YOU should know
Hello lovelies!
Todays episode is something I get asked quite a bit, usually from people who have just started to realise they want to make a few changes in their life.
They set about on their new journey, and start to feel really overwhelmed at the new amount of “stuff” they need to get done, and, the ever piling up in-tray that still needs management while you go about changing your life.
Put this simple secret tip into practise for at least 1 week. If you do it properly and consistently, you will feel clearer, fresher, and ready to take on the world every day. Remember though, you have to actually bother to do it. It’s 15 minutes a day, and it will save you from feeling lost, stressed, overwhelmed and having lunchtime freak-outs.
Everyday you should be doing each of these three things…
Do predefined work - that mean you do the work you already planned to do in the day.
Defining work allowing what space or gaps in your day. At the end of each day sit down and plan out exactly what work you plan to do the following day. Spend about 15 minutes a day doing this.
Do the things as they come up using the what space you allowed.
