One of my goals was to become a professional sportsman and I don’t want to be dealing with confidence issues.  After working with Hayley I was able to find the source of these problems. I was able to change my way of thinking and be able to push through any of the barriers.

My fear was quite debilitating and with Hayley’s help I was able to go trekking in many jungles in Thailand and we actually camped outside.  The steps behind it were rather simple and easy to digest… it was a nice natural flow or process.

I tried all sorts of alternatives; patches, gum, pills and hypnosis, to stop smoking.  I was having a pack a day... I hated the thought of my kids smoking… after receiving the coaching from Hayley it was like I never smoked.  I had no associative withdrawals... In a matter of 2 hours she resolved a 25 year problem.
