    Hey! I’m Hayley.

I help people go from good to great - with a slow, calm approach to high performance. I’m an Ex interior architect, and former athlete turned life & business coach.

Sometimes in order to speed up and achieve the big things, we need to slow down and take care of the little things. I also believe that the behind-the-scenes, back-end of your business should be just as fun (and beautiful) to be in as the front-of house. (You can take the girl out of interior design…) . After all, its where you spend all your time! Why should your clients get to have all the fun!

Having a calm, organised place to work is not only good for your mental health, its better for your bottom line. When you have systems in place to make sure your business is humming like a well-oiled-Italiana, you have more bandwidth for the things that matter (Like your creativity, your relationship, your health and catching sunsets around the world), and, the things that come up unexpectedly (like random problems, but also amazing opportunities you have to say yes to quickly!)

I created this checklist because I needed it. I had systems in place in business, but no systems to make sure everything stayed in top-knotch order. Things broke, and not even my team knew. And it cost me. A lot.

I have always believed that rather than spending days, weeks, even months fixing a problem or cleaning a space I’ve ignored, its’ better to spend a few minutes checking it’s all working as it should, periodically. Plus, its so much nicer to be in a space where everything is considered and beautiful, and works! I’m a really organised person in my day-to-day-life so I decided to apply the same thinking to the back-end of my business.

In sixteen years of running my business, I’d never seen this. (I may just be living under a rock, or in my case lazing by a river) but I hope you love it.

And even if we never meet again, I sincerely hope you use it to create the freedom to focus on the things that matter to you.

    Love, Hayley
