Hayley Carr has created several online courses to help high-performing, highly functional people in creative, leadership or influential positions who are looking to gain an edge on their mindset, energy, and consciousness to take them to new levels in business, personal development, and life.

By purchasing this online course on this platform from Hayley Carr International Pty Ltd ACN: 34623378807, you agree to the following terms outlined in this Online Course Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") as a condition of your participation in this online course.

The course you are purchasing is an important investment. Please read these terms carefully as they apply to all the courses by Hayley Carr and will require your absolute commitment to completion.

1.          Course Structure and Delivery

1.1        Online course material may be delivered via all or a combination of the following:   

                                 i.       Dedicated course Facebook private group

                                ii.       Scheduled Facebook or Zoom Lives,

                               iii.       Soundcloud recordings

                               iv.       PDF downloads

                                v.       Emails

1.2        Course participants will have access to the dedicated course Facebook group  before the course begins.

1.3        All course material will be delivered as per the course schedule, both live on Facebook/Zoom and to the participant's email address.

1.4        The Facebook group will remain open for a specified time after the course is complete. At that point, attendees will be invited to a larger mentoring Facebook group for long-term support.

Website Dashboard

1.5        All course material will be placed on the website and available to access for the lifetime of the course.

1.6        You will be required to create login details by providing

●    Your name

●    Email address

Password

1.7        You are responsible for safeguarding your password.

1.8        You agree that you will not disclose your password to any third party.

1.9        You will immediately notify Hayley Carr of any unauthorised use of your account

               VIP Package                                                                                                           

1.10     Some courses offered by Hayley Carr offer participants access to a VIP package.

1.11     Where the VIP package contains a private 1:1 session with Hayley Carr terms, this session must be completed by the end of the course delivery by Hayley Carr. Further terms and conditions apply to individual (1:1) private sessions and can be viewed here.

2.          Fees & Method of Payment

2.1        By purchasing this course, you agree to pay the advertised price in United Stated Dollars (USD).  Please check the equivalent in your local currency. 

2.2        All prices include GST for Australian residents.

2.3        We reserve the right to change these prices from time to time.  Please check the website for updated pricing information.

Payment Plans

2.4        Payment plans are available, and a 15% premium is applied to the full course fee in the instalment calculation.

2.5        Payment instalments are from 1 to 12 months (depending on the course length) and must be completed before the course concludes unless otherwise specified. 

2.6        All Payments either in full or as within the payment plan will be requested as online payment via eWAY, Stripe or PayPal.

Withdrawal from the course

2.7        If you decide to withdraw from the course while on a Payment Plan you are still liable for full payment and direct debits will continue from your nominated credit card until full payment is complete.

3.          Refund Policy

3.1        Refunds are not available for change of mind after the commencement of the course.

3.2        You may request a refund, less $50 administration fee, before the commencement of the course and before you have received any content by providing a request in writing to Hayley Carr at hola@hayleycarr.tv.

3.3        Any request for a refund must be in writing and evidence must be provided to show that the course requirements have been completed and the subsequent results.

3.4        In the event of illness or other extenuating changes in personal circumstances, and the course cannot be completed within the course time- frame, Participants may request transfer to the next live round of the course.

3.5        Where your payment method is via a payment plan, costs will be calculated and deducted from the total fees owing to Hayley Carr.

3.6        You will remain liable for the balance for payment owed to Hayley Carr.

3.7        Failure to pay at any time is a breach of this Agreement, and we are entitled to seek legal relief and remedy for this breach and to recover the debt owed by you.

3.8        Outstanding accounts will be referred to a third party for debt collection. 

4.          Your Responsibilities

4.1     As a participant in the course, you understand that you are expected to:

                                  i.         Attend all live and recorded calls, tutorials or lectures to enable you to progress through the Program requirements.

                                 ii.         Be non-judgmental, respectful and positive in all communications within the group at all times.

                                iii.         Contact Hayley Carr at any time you experience any discomfort during the programs or require personal support for any reason. 

                                iv.         Complete all modules, attend all calls and apply all practices.

4.2        You accept and agree that you are fully responsible for your progress and results from the Program.

4.3        You acknowledge and agree that you must complete the Program requirements to obtain the full benefit of the Program.

4.4        You accept and agree that individual results may vary and that it is possible that you may not achieve the expected results and that the outcome is dependent upon your participation and personal skills and abilities and not the responsibility of Hayley Carr or Hayley Carr International Pty Ltd.

5.   What you can expect from the course.

5.1        Hayley Carr's courses are designed to deliver content, advice, and direction and life management tools that hold lifelong relevance and value.

5.2        Hayley provides the following during her course experience:

●        A course platform that is a supportive and safe learning environment to ask questions relating to the course topics.

●        Access to practical tools to support and facilitate mindset shifts to manage fear or emotional contraction.

●        Insightful and incisive journaling prompts and exercises to help you navigate through fear and self-doubt and to recognise and develop your own answers to your problems to enable permanent transformation.

●        Practical tools to support mindset shifts in times of fear or emotional contraction

●        Journaling prompts and exercises to help participants move through fear & self-doubt to develop a powerful mindset and tools for change long after the course is over.

●        Bonus additional resources may be provided, i.e. eBooks, meditations, audio and video recording to address common questions, challenges and goals, and templates to support coaching and developmental activities.

6.          Intellectual Property and Copyright

6.1        All programs and materials available on this platform and within any program created by Hayley Carr International Pty Ltd are the property of Hayley Carr and/or our affiliates or licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2        All material including but not limited to course content, manuals, videos and all other material is provided solely for your personal non-commercial use.

6.3        You may not use any of the materials available on this platform or within any program in a manner that infringes any of our rights, or that has not been authorised by us.

6.4        You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any material from this platform or any program without the express permission of Hayley Carr International Pty Ltd. You may request such permission by emailing hola@hayleycarr.tv.

7.          Disclaimer

You understand and agree

7.1        You have engaged Hayley Carr International Pty Ltd services and purchased products such as this course, at your own risk and that all programs are provided as an educational and informational service or product only.

7.1        You shall refer any medical questions (including psychological or emotional issues) which may arise to qualified professionals.

7.2        You shall refer to a qualified professional before making any health-related decision during or as a result of participating in any course by Hayley Carr.

7.3        Hayley Carr does not offer any representations, warranties, or guarantees, verbally or in writing, regarding your results from any program.

7.4        Results are dependent on various factors including but not limited to, commitment, online skills, personal ability, and dedication, and in no way dependent on any information Hayley Carr provides to you.

8.          Limitation of Liability

8.1        Hayley Carr guarantees all services are supplied to you with due care and skill and fit for the purpose that the services have been advertised.

8.2        To the extent that Hayley Carr is unable to exclude liability; total liability for loss or damage you suffer or incur from services by Hayley Carr is limited to re-supplying the Services to you, or, at Hayley Carr's option, refunding to you the amount you have paid for the Services or products to which your claim relates.
