No Rules, No References, No Worries
On January 1, 2020, I decided to bite the bullet and start a podcast so I could deliver soundbyte-sized snippets of thought inspired by the people I coach every day and the things we talk about - to you, with ease, for free.
On June 9 2020, she's live. Sometimes launches happen overnight, sometimes they take six months.

By sharing this first ever Superfreak episode with you, I’m choosing to be brave and enter into this unknown territory with no rules and no pressure. Who knows what this will become! All I know is that I’m taking the bull by the horns and choosing my own path.
It’s so easy to be led down a path paved with preconceived ideas and past conditioning. When we have references in our mind as to what something should be, it’s like we’re walking blind, unable to see the other possibilities of what could be. We get stuck before we even begin!
For others, there is no reference and it’s scary, unchartered territory. Or is it? It’s only when we’re free of learned behaviour and references from past experiences that we are liberated to make our own rules. It’s in this place of the unknown that you can choose your own thoughts and create your own future.
