We’re all carrying extra stress at the moment. Let’s face it, 2020 has been a year.
Some people are natural hustlers and love to keep busy but at some stage, your body needs some down time.
Without knowing it, it’s possible that your body is in a constant state of stress and running on adrenaline, placing your mind and body under an unhealthy amount of pressure.
In this episode, I share some really practical tips on how to transition out of fight or flight mode and into rest and restore.
These are practises that I continue to return to and always work for me. I explain a little about the autonomic nervous system and why it’s so important to operate out of our parasympathetic nervous system.
