I’ll show you how to examine your schedule and re-plan your days from the viewpoint of you on your worst day - not your best. Lower those expectations!

And then I’ll take you through how I plant days and weeks into my own planning to ensure I have time and space to rest, recuperate, create or just be present.

Running a business with inconsistent energy levels requires flexibility and adaptability and if you plan for those dips in energy levels from the beginning, you can feel confident and reassured when you need to take time off.

Neglecting your physical and mental well-being can further drain your energy, making it even more challenging to run a business.
