I really believe everyone can learn the skills of coaching and that if everyone had these tools, and the ability to practice them, the whole world would benefit.

However, having a successful coaching practice is an interplay of factors that go beyond being an incredible coach.

The way I perceive it, there are three layers to a successful coaching business -

1. you and your own genius/niche,

2. understanding the way the subconscious mind works and

3. the business of coaching.

Understanding these three wheels is powerful when it comes to growing and expanding your business, your ability to hold space for people, amplifying your visibility, finding your perfect clients and developing and honing your business skills.

If you are someone who loves coaching and wants to grow a coaching business, you’ll find it really useful to learn about these three parts. Not only will you understand what goes into developing and honing your craft, but it will also help you plot what your next move might be.
