Your insight and vision for "every-day" NLP is extraordinary

Hi Hayley

I'm very keen to let you know how effective I've found your particular style of teaching NLP. When I first took an NLP course with someone else I just didn't get it at all, but I knew there was something really important to learn. On the whole, your ten month NLP course is by far more appealing, readily absorbable and useful. Your way of phrasing and delivery is personable, practical and non-clinical. In my previous experience with NLP I found it hard getting the jargon to penetrate my understanding - consciously and unconsciously. It was very impersonal and clinical, so I kept feeling stupid and alienated - not good but I persisted, yet I had not a clue what to do with it all!

So, I appreciate the mind-bending thinking you must've done in order to translate NLP into a user-friendly model! Your insight and vision for "every-day" NLP is extraordinary - plus your prolific output of reading, listening and viewing materials is almost beyond belief (and very much appreciated!). 

When I first discovered you, I thought you might be so truthful you'd be brutal and ruthless with detecting and calling out personal faults! I wasn't up for any more me-bashing than what I was already giving myself, so I set you aside for an indefinite time in the future. 

And ... here I am, and you are not at all like I had imagined. Instead you are light, happy, fun-loving and gently caring, wrapped up with all the rigour and solidity of your content in an easy-going, smooth delivery! 

I'm all in, and up for more courses in the future. For now I treasure being heard and guided personally by you on voxer.
