Do you feel yourself stuck on a plateau so you start setting goals to try and break through?

It can often feel like setting a goal is shooting a paper aeroplane off a cliff and hoping it lands where it's supposed to go. It's full of wishing, hoping and visualisation and not being certain. Or we can become so fixated and we work ourselves so extremely hard that we end up feeling completely empty and not enjoying the process.

In today’s episode, I’m going to help you stop focusing on the outcome and to completely destroy the drama of the goal with my 42 reverse punch method that will help you actually get to WHO you want to become AND enjoy the ride.

Because we don’t want to drag ourselves over the finish line with nothing left in the tank, feeling so incredibly burnt out and are so exhausted we never want to go for anything else.

I'm going to help you make it happen in a way that is way simpler, exciting and, most importantly, far easier to repeat again and again whenever you want.

I’ll show you how to destroy the glitz and glamour of your goal by using my 42 reverse punches that break down the outcome into easy, energising and sustainable steps. I used this method to win a world title in martial arts without being the biggest, the best athlete or with the most experience.

It’s all about finding order in chaos.

I’ll take you through these questions to prompt your journaling and figure out what your ultimate outcome is and the person you want to be when you get there: 

What's the thing I want? Everybody has a thing that they want. Take a moment to have a good think about it and don't lie to yourself.

  1. What characteristics do the people at the top of their game in this field embody? Or, what kind of characteristics do I know I need to embody?

  2. What characteristics do the people at the top of their game in this field embody? Or, what kind of characteristics do I know I need to embody?

  3. Outside of talent and the steps to get there, what are the tiny actions I could do every single day that I could track that would move the needle forward to becoming that person?

  4. How can I destroy this outcome to its most pure, raw 42 reverse punches form? Have I practised order from chaos?

Destroy all the drama and the glitz of the goal. You just need to be who you need to be, and it could happen at any moment.
